Posting delays - my computer broke…. again

Just a quick note to say that their won't be much posting this week. Video card in PC has died so I have just ordered another on. System is completely non-function. This means my weight loss post has also been delayed, and there will be no audio recording being done this week. Normal updates will resume shortly.
